What is Peenuckle?

Similar to that of Camel Toe on a female, this frequently happens to men who wear their pants hiked up too high around their waist, thus causing their package to bulge to one side of the pant leg. An occasional double-peenuckle happens when the seam splits the beans and sausage evenly to either side. Regardless of the showing, the victim immediately sustains feelings of nausea, dizziness and vomiting may inevitebly follow if a peenuckle is seen on grandpa, dad or any other close male relative.
Dangit dad, wear your pants a little lower. We're tired of seeing your peenuckle!
