A female peeping tom; a female who enjoys looking at her female roommates while they change; often look when they are told not to look and use being spoken to as an excuse for looking.
Sandy: "Megan, don't turn around I'm changing"
*Megan turns around and looks at Sandy.
Sandy: "Megan! I told you not to turn around!"
Megan: "Sorry! But I automatically look at someone when they speak to me."
Sandy: "You're a peeping megan!"
