A peert (also known as a "drizzle pop-fizzle") is when someone urinating (either standing or sitting) unintentionally farts and therefore causes bystanders to wonder, "What the fuck was that?"

I was just in the restroom and someone about crapped themselves when they were takin' a piss. Smelled like musk and dead people in there!
