when you are taking a dump and the fieces stretch out long enough to touch the toilet water while still being held on to by your rump. The dipping of the tip in the water resembles a pelican. pelican+poop = pelipoop. A new game is called pelipooping where you see who can dip the poop farthest into the water while still connected.
