A prostitute will lure her mark to a secluded area where she asks her client to drop his trousers. Once achieved, her associate with appear and draw a weapon, demanding all valuables. The mark is left to waddle off with his trousers round his ankles, forcing a gait comparable to that of a penguin, hence being penguined.
