A person who has an over grown ego,with a "I'm better than you attitude". Generally a short man, one who has short man syndrome, that is trying to compensate for what he is lacking.
This vertacally challenged man was giving me a great deal of attitude, so I simply looked at him and said.... You're a
PenisWhompis ! He looked at me in shock, and couldn't say another word!!! That was the day we all new this was an automatic "shut that stupid man up word"
