people who use the power of camera phones to nab extraordinary people doing otherwise ordinary things. often funny, sometimes embarrassing.
the paparazzi might find themselves outnumbered by the peoplerazzi (who technically number in the billions)and who are snapping pics of celebs, news events and the like in greater number and perhaps quality than the "pros".
