Common effects are: Hightened alertness, rapid talking, arousal, euphoria and a general feeling of well being. Some common pep pills are: Bupropion(Wellbutrin), Adderall, and Caffine pills.
The doctor has me taking Wellbutrin now and I can't sleep and always feel good.
