Colloquial. The process whereby intestinal churning and tumult cause gases trapped in the digestive tract to become infused with particulate fecal matter, resulting in dense, suffocating flatulence capable of leaving a residue.

Despite the elimination of coffee from the menu, percolation remains commonplace at Taco Bell.
