When someone consumes enough THC, usually through the smoking of copious amounts of hash oil over a prolonged period of time, it is possible to achieve a state of "permanent stoned-ness" whereby the subject is stoned for the rest of their lives.
Jim smoked 2kg of hash oil through his vaporizer in a week, its the first time i've heard of someone getting a permastone.
