The act of buying useless detroyed cars, pretending to fix them, then just make them worse. Doing this act would normally be done to 3-6 cars simoutaneously, where as there is no real plan to fix them, it's more t turn your front alwn into a junkyard, not on purpose, but just because you suck.
Look at the perna that kid's got on his lawn, what a shame.
