adj. To be excrutiatingly annoyed at Nams or Mlens. Commonly used in a scientific laboratory setting during times of extreme frustration.

Root: perse-from the name Percy, the character in Harry Potter who was always annoyed.

Dwight was persefunctant because Mlen failed to understand the significance of this word.
