A position filled by a person that has no other purpose except to perform specific duties for their boss.
ie: sucking, fucking, and bending over the table...
Boss: Sara, as my personal assistant, why don't you come into my office and file something for me.
Sara: Sure thing, I'll be right in, let me just put on some lip gloss...
