Pesse; that is, a person who suffers from pedophilia. The opposite of teleiophilia. An adult who is attracted to children that have not yet hit puberty also known as a child molester. The act of enjoying or being sexually involved with persons under the legal age (and especially the ones under the age of 7) Basically a sicko who pleasures in having degrading thoughts, and or engaging in illegalsex with little children.

I heard that our neighbor who just got out of prison is a pesse.
