What is Pgg?

it is an acronym for "Painful Geeky Gasping".

It is when a geek or a nerd wants to make a statement, and uses a high pitched voice and comments on a certain geeky phrase, in which after that it painfully breathes while gasping that high pitched voice.

The noise when trying to convey an air of geekiness. Usually done by the Comic Book Guy in Simpsons
