Stands for Pakers gaming network, a CS 1.6 community that exists for over 5 years. PGN owned by a guy named Rodo, has servers located in the US and Europe.

Servers that are trolled by people who have 7 years experience and are tired of scrimming are increasing.

A: Dude fuck that guy, he shot me through the wall. PGN is full of cheaters.

B: Get on teh IRC and call for an admin!

A: No i will enable my cheat too and eventually get caught, so i can give this excuse for my ban dispute later.
