The Evil Organization known as the PGTA which stands for Poison Gas Truck Agency. It consists entirely of truck drivers of trucks loaded up with poison gas tanks with an excessive amount of warning sign that follow and monitor the two founders of the APGTA or Anti-Poison Gas Truck Agency. Many trucks belong to the company PraxAir.
