What is Phaggy?

Phaggy, (or in some cases, phag), is an absolutely unoffensive way to describe someone or something. Very similar in usage to the word phat.

Phaggy is often used in conjunction with sarcasm to create very humorous situations.

"Dude, those clothes are really phaggy!"

"Ahh man, your such a phag!"
