A physical location co-habitated by two or more metro-sexual males enjoying each other's company, often located in condominium complexes with views of the ocean or other body of water. Can be identified by bathrooms with loufa, kitchens stocked with cooking and other home-improvement books, closets full of comic books, and Guitar Hero.
