What is Phenis?

This word is used in the movie Borat in the Kazakhstan anthem. It is unclear whether this word is a mispelling, or is it a real word meaning a statue.
From the movie Borat's anthem of Kazakhstan:
Come grasp the mighty phenis of our leader
From junction with the testes
To tip of its face
The clip shows a guy working out and then a column and then the guy's photo. Does it mean phenis is another word for statue, in this case a statue of the guy in the clip?

A town on the border of France, Germany, and Luxembourg that just so happens to be spelled very similarly to penis.Therefore ignorant Americans call it penis.
After the race at the Nurbergring I'm going over to Phenis to eat bratwurst , drink wine and speak in both French and German!
