Name by Phish fans for Fenway park on the night of May 31, 2009 when Phish played there. The letters PH are often substituded by phans to convert words. Seen in Phenway park that night: Carlton Phisk shirt. The band, Phish, has a drummer named John Fishman. The band's addition of the PH in converting a last name to a band name only slightly different might define the trend of changing words to use a PH.. PH can also be seen on international oval stickers on vehicles driven by Phish Phans.
