What is Phillips-smith Maneuver?

When you are having sexual intercourse with a woman, who some would call a "filthy slut", "whore", or "diseasy hooker"...and after your experience, you freak out... either because of misuse of a condom or you have a venomous STD filled slime on your penial region. You then perform what is now called the "Phillips-Smith Maneuver". This is done by dousing the penial region, including the penis with alcohol...this may hurt a bit, but its well worth it in the end.
"When I was done fucking that chick like the world was going to end, I realized that she was nothing more than an STD filled sex hooker...I had better apply the Phillips-Smith Maneuver".
