What is Philly Blunt?

The longer version of the more commong "blunt," a cigar that has been hollowed out and filled with marijuana (a Philly Blunt is also a brand of cigar that can be used for this purpose).
"Hey dude, you want to smoke us a Philly Blunt tonight?"

A brand of cigar used to roll weed in. Cigars that are not Philly brand are just called blunts.
"Go to the store and get a Philly Blunt"
