A phillyconnection is basically when a dolezal tries to do himself up the anus. When his dick is long enough, it gets stuck (or connected) with his anus. It is sometimes impossible to remove because of how deep the dick has entered. Tis prevents excretion of solid waste, and eventually leads to death.
