An educated person that still has the ghetto where they are from within their blood. This person thinks critically and intellectually observes natural things in life as more than something normal in the world. Discussing politics and understanding the base knowledge of other peoples concepts before sharing an idea.
Sitting down and leaking ideas on to a piece of paper without thinking, just letting your pen think for you, this is a Philosophical Gangsta.
