Adjective used to describe a reclined chair, or more commonly, the seat of a car. Thise word also applies to the passenger side, which is more than often, equally phlaved to precisely match the driver's side.

Guy 1: "Yo dude check out that dude phlavin in the Escalade, I can barely see his knuckles on the wheel..."
