What is Phone Hopper?

When you are at home enjoying yourself and company of others. Then you are abruplty disturbed by the phone, it is someone you can't stand talking to and you don't answer. They then go to call your cell phone and any other phone possible in your house to get your attention.
Your gandmother you hate calls you, you don't answer and they call another phone in your house to get your attention. This annoying person is Phone Hopper.
