In honor of Philadelphia being poled as the UGLIEST CITY. I thought it appropriate to invent a word to permanently pay homage.

This is a blend of fugly (fucking ugly) and Philadelphia.

Wow that chick is a butterface, everything is hot but-her-face, man she is fugly and to top it off she is from Phugladelphia.
