A form of enema involving a liquid so hot in temperature, it causes the one experiencing it to shout out the work "PHVREE" based merely on spur-of-the-moment agony.

Doctor: "Ok, this phvree may hurt a little..."
Patient: "Huh? What the hell is a- PHVREE!! MY ANUS!! IT BURNS!!"

Guy #1: "Hey dude, have you ever noticed that 'Phvree' rhymes with 'Bree'?"
