What is Phwee?

From the Card Captor Sakura English manga, "phwee" is the romanized version of the sound she makes ("Hoeeeeee..." {pronounced like ho-eeeee}). It's supposed to show surprise or confusion.

A word used to show intense screeching anger or fear.
