A nickname given to that weird guy who is just insanely good on the piano who despite his weirdness is capable of bringing men to tears and women to orgasm through his playing. Derived from the the Billy Joel song of the same name.
Guy: Who invited that weirdo?
Girl: It's cool. It's just pianoman.
