A Fad that origanated on flash sites. It consists of a clown emoticon skaking around screaming "WAAAAAAAAARRRRAAARARARAGH!" It has started to become a sort of screamer itself.

Piclownjew is a flash fad that appears in many flash movies on Newgrounds, and is used mostly by flash groups like the "Star Syndicate" and the "Glock Group." His origins are mostly unknown, but most NG Users love him. His voice is also very loud, and it is used in many screamer flashes, but to people who like piclownjew, it is funny, not scary.
