A useless person that contributes nothing useful in any kind of capacity. A waste of air, a hunk of flesh that occupies space and little else. Sometimes considered a slug of a person, or a lazy slob. The addition of "with two eyes" signifies a human being.
Person 1: Look at that slob... he's nothing but a piece of meat with two eyes.
