What is Piecer?

shortened version of the insult more commonly known as: "piece of shit."
The waiter didn't refill my Dr. Pepper. What a piecer.

1. A peice of crap car. aka= junker, crapper, POS, etc.
2. A car that is not driveable for whatever reasons which, being identical to another, is used primarily for spare parts and peices. aka= parts car, etc.
1. "Check out Jason's car, that thing's a peicer!"
"Dang, what's a girl like that doin drivin a peicer?"
2. "I found this abandoned car just like mine so I towed it home and used it as a peicer."
