What is Pie-slice?

1) The tool given to you in pizza places for you to put your slice on your plate.
2) One who is inept at simple tasks i.e the use of the pie-slice and therefore it is used in an insulting capacity.
Guy1: Dude, what are you doing?
Guy2: Trying to get a bit of pizza
Guy1: You're holding the pie-slice wrong
Guy2: How many ways are there to hold it?
Guy1: Dude, you are such a pie-slice
