What is Piggsy?

A character in Manhunt. A fat guy who is naked and has the head of a pig (torn from a pig's body). He almost resembles a pig!
He can't speak proper english. He likes to use a chainsaw too.
"Piggsy's gonna suck yer guts!!"
"Piggsy bored....goin' home, to go to sleeeeeeep!"
