(adj., noun) a very strange, sexual, but awesome person, a (mostly) gay male who enjoys touching people (touches females non-inappropriately), a pilai is also a boy who falls in love easily with tall, white men with hair between red and blonde, with light colored eyes (blue, aqua, etc), with an exception of green eyes. a pilai also has an insane intuition and gaydar. never piss off a pilai, or he can make your life hell
