What is Piss Helicopter?

The act of spining around while urinating. Generally done as an act of vandalism in public restrooms. It usually requires some bragging afterward.
Stop-N-Go didn't let me use their telephone to call a tow truck, so I did a piss helicopter in their shitter. That'll teach them.
