The assumed after-effect of anal sex. An insinuation that one's urethra will fill with feces durning anal sex, much like a chocolate shake drank through a straw and later expelled; appearing to be a "brown worm".
"She's on the vagina bleed this week. Looks like I'll be pissing the brown worm for a while."
