A person far beneath your notice, an insignificant individual hardly worth your time. Also can be used to describe highly annoying people.
Tim won't shut up about his damned girlfriend...what a pisswah.

The post-coitus piss which takes it's time coming out and then when it does goes everywhere, all over your feet and up the walls, but not down the toilet.
