What is Pittsburgh Pothole?

This occurs when you are getting road head and become suddenly disinterested. First you yell POTHOLE!!! Next you forcefully push her head down till she gags. When she leans out the window to throw up, you open the door, kick her out, then run her over with your back tires.
Natalie had really put a lot of weight on recently and was starting to make me look bad. So last week was the final straw and I gave her a Pittsburgh Pothole. She messed up my read alignment, but at least I got rid of that swamp donkey.
