Any woman who is a golddigger. A reference to the owner of the Boston Red Sox, John Henry, marrying Linda Pizzuti (a woman half his age who would not give him the time of day if he wasn't so goddamn rich).

I hate to say it because she's dead, but Anna Nicole Smith was a real pizzuti.
