1. A word coined on the MA local TV show "InsubordinAte" which illustrates / communicates personal excitement and/or surreal happiness, often uttered in the midst of a social setting, followed by hysterical laughter.

2. A popular location. The place to be.

3. General multi-purpose gibberish.
