What is Plagaphrase?

The act of subtly, yet successfully passing someone else's work off as your own by changing just enough key components to make it unnoticeable.

To rescue myself from ridicule in the weekly staff meeting, I decided to plagaphrase my cubiclemate's quarterly report.
