The use of the word ‘Plaloo’ always entails sexual connotations. ‘Plaloo’ really means ‘crazy bed games’, or ‘crazy sexual deeds’. Common usage might be 'let's do plaloo!', which really means ‘let's hit the sack and shag our brains out!
