What is Planitos?

A more apropos term for the medium-sized sub-planetary solar system bodies recently designated non-planets by the International Astronomers' Union. Replaces "dwarf planets," sounds fun and interesting, and could get you extra credit in an astronomy class.
"My spacecraft is headed for the planito Pluto."
"I visited the planito Ceres. Here's a planito rock!"
"Studies suggest that there may be hundreds of planitos in trans-Neptunian orbits."
