Except on the Playa where Burning Manis held. The atmosphere of Burning Man allows for the availability of having something you value or wanted, plopped into your lap unasked for and unexpectedly, much faster than almost anywhere else in the world.

Friend 1: "Man, I am so craving filet mignon right now."

Friend 2: "Yeah, it's crazy - that would be really great right now. Too bad we're in the middle of the desert."

10 minutes later, out of the blue...

Stranger walking by: "Hey guys! They're handing out samples of filet mignon a block away, go get some before they run out."

The friends looked at each other,ran over and enjoyed the steaky goodness.
