What people do when they don't want to face reality, or let someone know theyre true thoughts or opinions. Playin games could result in verbal/physical fights and broken friendships. Doesn't always mean about sex.
Jeff: I found a love note she wrote to me, but everytime I ask her if she likes me, she walks away and starts flirting with Chris or Mark.
Alex: That bitch is <i>playin games</i>.
