Post Lunch Energy Deficiency Syndrome:
A heavy drowsiness that may set in after you finish lunch, as a result of all your energy being focused on digestion.
Can be applied to lunch/food in general, but not to dinner.
"That was some great food/lunch, but I've got a total case of PLEDS"...."Oocch, me too"
