A situation where a wedgie opportunity is available.
Before a person can give someone a wedgie there is a distinct time that the receiver of the wedgie has his pants low. This part called "A Pluch". Pluches come in many different ways but the most common way is when a person is wearing boxers and his pants hang low.
Bob was walking around with a Pluch, so I grabbed him and gave him a wedgie.
